The Willie's concepts were designed to provide a unique, casual dining experience that would appeal to a broad base of customers. The main ingredients in the Company's success are
1) generous portions of quality food at affordable prices 2) friendly, efficient service 3) great attention to detail to create a fun, clean, and comfortable atmosphere.

Two of our concepts are illustrated below.

Willie's Grill & Icehouse was architecturally designed to create an atmosphere that conveyed the rustic feel of an old Texas icehouse - outdoor seating, opened garage doors, pool tables (located on the ceiling), lively music, and ice-cold beer. The feeling is captured by the use of old reclaimed building materials and new materials that have been distressed to appear old. The atmosphere is ideal for adults of all ages and families with small children - each store has a sandbox and video game room. In addition, the menu consists of everyday fare such as burgers, salads, ribs, chicken, and seafood.

Fajita Willie's Café & Cantina was designed to create an atmosphere that reflected a Mexican outdoor market and cantina. This ambiance is accomplished by using reclaimed building materials, new materials distressed to look old, painted graphics, lots of beer neons, and the displaying of products that are used daily in the unit, such as, tortilla mix, flour, fruits, vegetables, etc. The menu consists of a broad range of Tex-Mex favorites like enchiladas, tacos, nachos, ensaladas, etc., but the emphasis is on their house specialty - Charbroiled Beef and Chicken Fajitas. These are some of the finest fajitas served anywhere and their secret is buying the highest quality meat available, and then marinating it with the proper ingredients for just the right amount of time.
